Returns + Exchanges

We no longer accept returns - according to the EU law, as a made to order brand, we do not have to accept any return or exchange, since all our products are made to order and specially made for you after payment.

Of course to keep our clients happy we will be accepting exchanges on Portugal and Spain orders within 14 days from the day the merchandise is shipped out. International orders (outside of peninsular Portugal and Spain) are final sale only and may not be returned or exchanged.
The merchandise must be returned in the exact condition in which it was shipped in order to receive a refund. This includes the original packaging it came in.

Please make sure your items are returned to us new, unused and with all Paparina tags still attached. Exchanges that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

First size exchange is free for Portugal and Spain.

In order to insure your safety regarding health and hygiene, we do not accept exchanges or returns in lingerie bottoms, bikini bottoms and swimsuits.

We do not accept exchanges or returns in personalized orders or pre-orders, because they’re made specially for you.
