Shipping + Handling
We are a made to order brand, due to high demand, please allow 5 to 10 business days for your order to be shipped.
If you ordered during an Online Market or event, please allow more 1 or 2 business days for your order to be shipped.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable. We are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses. Paparina is not responsible for packages once they have been scanned and delivered.
Prices or shipping costs on the site do not include taxes and duties. If the customer refuses the delivery due to the import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees, the package will either be destroyed or returned to it’s sender, in those cases, any additional fee occurred will be the responsibility of the customer and original order will NOT be refundable.
